What data we process

When you fill in our contact form or a quiz/matching questionnaire, we process the data you provide there – typically your name, email address, optionally a phone number, and your message or details about the property you are looking for. We use this data to connect you with a suitable licensed real estate partner in Cyprus and to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent and/or the performance of a pre-contractual relationship (Art. 6(1)(a) resp. (b) GDPR). Your data is not sold and is shared only with vetted partners within the PropCloud network, solely to the extent required to fulfil the requested service.

Marketing: Meta Pixel

Only with your consent do we use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland) to measure how effective our ads are; selected events are additionally mirrored server-side via the Meta Conversions API. Data collected may include your IP address, browser information, and on-site interactions.
